Our group has for many years been dedicated to bring a variety of quality music to Lillooet each winter. The people of Lillooet have supported our group and we have had wonderful crowds at most of our shows.
The group started in 1995 and booked a number of performers into Lillooet. The group struggled to raise funds with garage sales, pie sales and plant sales. It was very diificult to operate this way so in 2005 the group under the direction of Leslie Hall became a registered Non profit Society in BC. On the strength of this we were able to apply to the BC Arts Council and we have received valuable funding from them for the past three years. This is a great benefit for us as it gives us a good financial base to work from.and we have been able to bring in five shows a year.
The society has a dedicated group of volunteers who work hard each show to bring you quality acts.
We encourage you to come out and attend our concerts and we are sure you will not be disappointed. We feature the same performers that put on shows at some of the major facilities around the country. See you at the next show!
